We specifically designed Georgia Ecommerce template for Bigcommerce to scale to whatever size store you need. You can have as many products or categories you need and it won't break the layout of the theme. We did this by putting the category menu, page menu, and account menu in a convenient slide out menu section that is always accessible no matter where you are in the site on any device: mobile phones, tablets, and desktops. We accomplished this using a responsive design technique that adjusts to fit whatever device it is being viewed on.

These menu sections will expand to meet whatever you store's needs are. If you have a lot of categories then they will be neatly stored in the category slideout panel and subcategories are available by clicking the plus. If you have a lot of pages, you can hide the top bar page menu and just use the menu slide out menu to display your pages.

Having the menus set up this way simplifies your layout and allows the focus to be on the products and converting visitors to customers. Once a visitor chooses a category or a product, they are free to browse the page without obtrusive menus distracting them. As an added bonus, the menu's will keep track of what active category or page the visitor is on and will be already expanded and highlighted when they open the menu to navigate again. This combined with the rich snippet breadcrumbs will help the visitor navigate your site much easier.

Another helpfull feature is that viewing the menu doesn't reset where you are in the page. This allows a visitor to view the menu without losing where they are. It may not seam like much but the more convenient you can make shopping for your visitors, the more likely they are to stick around and buy.
